Mit 17 neuen Tr&auml;gern und Start&uuml;bersichten. Man stolpert dann auch &uuml;ber Tr&auml;ger, die man sonst nicht so im Blickfeld hat. Auf mein heutiges Thema kam ich durch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/safir.shtml\">iranischen<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/taepodong.shtml\">nordkoreanischen Tr&auml;gern<\/a>. Nach allgemeiner Auffassung basieren diese auf der russischen Kurzstreckenrakete Scud. Diese wiederum ist nichts anderes als eine leicht verbesserte Wasserfall-Rakete, die wiederum eine verkleinerte A-4 ist. Auf gut deutsch \u2013 sie setzen die Technologie ein, die Wernher von Braun schon vor 70 Jahren entwickelte und wenn er damals die Mittel f&uuml;r eine Rakete bekommen h&auml;tte, die den Weltraum erreicht h&auml;tte. Die Nutzlast w&auml;re wohl &auml;hnlich gewesen. Vergleichen mit heute ist die Nutzlast klein. Die iranische Safir wiegt in etwa so viel wie eine Falcon 1, aber mit einem Zehntel der Nutzlast. Auf den Blogtitel kam ich durch Wolfgang Schmucker. Er ist NATO-Raketenexperte und hat sich die Reste einer nordkoreanischen Unha angesehen, die von S&uuml;dkorea aus dem Meer gefischt wurde, und benutzte dabei Worte wie \u201eBastelei\u201c oder \u201eBaumarktrakete\u201c, weil die Verkabelung quer lief und nicht sauber geb&uuml;ndelt und vibrationsfest fixiert wurde.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg01.met.vgwort.de\/na\/80bddf2491554ee2baf646563aeb2035\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" alt=\"\"\/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mit meiner Simulation habe ich mir mal vorgenommen, das zu rechnen. Was w&uuml;rde passieren, wenn man nicht nur Cubesats selbst bauen w&uuml;rde (es gibt sogar einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cubesatshop.com\/\"> Shop<\/a> daf&uuml;r \u2013 das Teuerste ist &uuml;brigens ein Antriebssystem, das kostet so viel wie eine Eigentumswohnung). Nehmen wir an, eine Gruppe engagierter Amateure w&uuml;rde selbst eine Orbitalrakete bauen. Was k&ouml;nnte sie erreichen. So fern ist das nicht. Es gibt ja <a href=\"https:\/\/copenhagensuborbitals.com\/\"> Kopenhagen-Suborbitals<\/a> die versuchen zumindest suborbitale Fl&uuml;ge mit einer selbst entwickelten Rakete. Beschr&auml;nkt man sich auf Feststoffe, so halte ich das sogar umsetzbar. Das Geh&auml;use kann aus Edelstahl bestehen. Daraus bestanden auch lange die Booster und die von Ariane 5 tun es immer noch. Im Prinzip ein Rohr in der ben&ouml;tigten Wandst&auml;rke reicht. Zur D&uuml;se hin dann ein konisches St&uuml;ck und die D&uuml;se dann wieder ausweitend, wobei man zur Materialersparnis nach unten hin die Wandst&auml;rke reduzieren kann. Die Bef&uuml;llung mit HTPB \/ Aluminium \/ Ammoniumnitrat kann ein kleineres Chemieunternehmen leisten. Gez&uuml;ndet kann elektrisch werden.<\/p>\n<p>Problematischer ist die Stufentrennung. Sprengschn&uuml;re um einen Verbindungsring zu durchtrennen sind wohl Technologien, an die man als Privatperson nicht rankommt. Doch es ginge auch einfacher. Wenn die untere Stufe in einem Kreisring ausl&auml;uft und die obere genau in diesen eingestreckt werden kann so sollte das bei Schub von unten halten. Und wenn die obere Stufe z&uuml;ndet, dann zieht sie sich selbst aus dem Ring heraus.<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r eine Privatperson komplex ist die Steuerung. Sie ist eigentlich nicht kompliziert, jedoch im einfachsten Fall schon eine Menge Feinmechanik. Das Grundprinzip setzte schon die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/a4.shtml\">A-4<\/a> ein. Eine Kreiselplattform wurde vor dem Start in Rotation gesetzt. Die A-4 startete vertikal. Nach einer bestimmten Zeit, diese konnte vor dem Start zur Reichweitenanpassung eingestellt werden wurde die Plattform um einen festen Betrag pro Zeiteinheit geneigt. Ein schnell rotierender Kreisel will seine Rotationsachse aufrechterhalten und da sie nun nicht mehr in die Bewegungsrichtung zeiget gibt er eine Kraft ab. Diese wurde verst&auml;rkt und genutzt um die A-4 zu drehen. Solange bis ihre Ausrichtung wieder der Kreiselplattform entsprach. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/a4-1.shtml\">A-4<\/a> drehte sich. Bei einer Tr&auml;gerrakete verf&auml;hrt man genauso. Die Oberstufen der ersten Tr&auml;ger waren dann ungeregelt. Sie wurden vor dem Start durch Rotation stabilisiert indem ein kleiner Antrieb sie aufspinnte und bei einem bestimmten Bahnpunkt gez&uuml;ndet. Im Prinzip nichts komplexes, aber vielleicht eben nichts f&uuml;r jemanden mit einer Werkbank um eine Raketenh&uuml;lse zu drehen. Ich habe mir f&uuml;r die Bastelrakete ein anderes Verfahren ausgedacht, das wie folgt funktioniert:<\/p>\n<p>Die Rakete startet schr&auml;g, das tun heute auch noch japanische Raketen. Der Startwinkel muss so bemessen sein, dass der Scheitelpunkt der Bahn nahe der sp&auml;teren Minimalh&ouml;he eines Satelliten liegt. Nach Ausbrennen der ersten Stufe kommt eine Freiflugphase, in der zwei kleine Feststoffantriebe die Rakete drehen. Der erste Stufe dreht sich in der Freiflugphase um einen bestimmten Betrag pro Zeiteinheit. Im Vakuum geht die Drehung endlos weiter, sodass sobald 0 Grad oder ein kleiner Winkel erreicht sind, ein zweiter Antrieb mit demselben Impuls die Drehung stoppt. Die Zeit daf&uuml;r gibt es bei einer Freiflugphase. Dann z&uuml;nden kurz hintereinander die Oberstufen. Sie bringen die Horizontalbeschleunigung auf.<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r die Rakete habe ich die Daten eines Castor IV Boosters genommen. Das war ein Low-Expensive-low Technology Booster, der im Prinzip nur aus einer Stahlh&uuml;lse mit Treibstoff bestand. Keine schwenkbare D&uuml;se, keine CFK-Geh&auml;use. Er wog rund 4,5 t und kostet, wenn man den Preis auf heutige Verh&auml;ltnisse hochrechnet, rund 600.000 Dollar. Nimmt man das Voll\/Leermasseverh&auml;ltnis von 7:1 und den niedrigen spezifischen Impuls so erh&auml;lt man diese Rakete:<\/p>\n<h4>Rakete: Einfachrakete<\/h4>\n<table
