Im Prinzip haben die Raptors fast denselben Schub wie ein RD-191, das die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/\/angara.shtml\">Angara<\/a> in der ersten Stufe, den URM einsetzt. Bei der Angara werden schon Erststufen geclustert, bis zu sieben. Erfahrungen mit dem Betrieb von vielen Triebwerken hat Russland auch \u2013 mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/\/hercules.shtml\">N1<\/a>. Nun ja die Ergebnisse waren nun nicht so &uuml;berzeugend.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe mir &uuml;berlegt, das eigentlich man durch das Clustern von Angara Erststufen die n&ouml;tige Schwerlastraakete bekommen m&uuml;sste und nach leichtem &Uuml;berschlagen im Kopf kam ich auch darauf, dass die Nutzlast ausreichen w&uuml;rde. Hier der Plan:<\/p>\n<p>Russland baut die erste Stufe aus 31 Angara-Erststufen angeordnet in folgender Konfigurationen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Stufe in der Mitte<\/li>\n<li>6 Stufen in einem ersten Ring um sie<\/li>\n<li>24 Stufen in einem zweiten Ring um sie<\/li>\n<li>macht zusammen 31 Stufen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Oberstufen kommen wie sonst auch &uuml;blich auf diese 31 Stufen, es sind sieben Angara Erststufen welche die ersten beiden (inneren) Ringe bilden. Der &auml;u&szlig;ere Ring bildet die erste Oberstufe und die innere Stufe die zweite Oberstufe, das ist im Prinzip eine Angara A7 auf der ersten Stufe.<\/p>\n<p>Neben Verbindungen der Stufen zueinander, Sprengvorrichtungen und Abtrennraketen damit die Abtrennung sauber geht (w&auml;re bei der ersten Stufe nicht mal n&ouml;tig) braucht man nur einen angepassten Stufenadapter. Wenn dieser so ausgelegt ist, dass er die Lasten der beiden Oberstufen nicht auf die unteren sieben sondern alle 31 Stufen (oder nur den 24 &auml;u&szlig;eren) verteilt, muss man an den Strukturen &uuml;berhaupt nichts &auml;ndern. F&uuml;r den Stufenadapter habe ich bei jeder Erststufe 1 t in der Leermasse addiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dann braucht man, noch eine Nutzlasth&uuml;lle die drei Stufendurchmesser der Angara hat, so breit ist das Oberstufenb&uuml;ndel, also 3 x 3,35 m = 11,05 m. Sie k&ouml;nnte etwa 25 m lang sein.<\/p>\n<p>Eine solche Rakete k&ouml;nnte vom Start von Baikonur aus 56 t in eine Mondtransferbahn bef&ouml;rdern. Das w&auml;ren 8 t mehr als bei Apollo und w&uuml;rden wahrscheinlich f&uuml;r eine Mondlandung ausreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Das frappierende an der L&ouml;sung ist, dass sie zwar nicht technisch optimal ist (man k&ouml;nnte viel Leermasse einsparen, wenn die Stufen jeweils einen gemeinsamen Tank h&auml;tten, aber das w&auml;re eben eine Neunkonstruktion) aber die Entwicklungskosten vergleichsweise gering sind und man so auch auf relativ hohe St&uuml;ckzahlen f&uuml;r die URM kommt, was dann auch die normalen Angara Starts verbilligt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwendung von vielen Einzelstufen hat aber auch Nachteile. So sollten alle Stufen m&ouml;glichst zum gleichen Zeitpunkt Brennschluss haben. Aber zum einen gibt es die B&uuml;ndelung schon in kleinem Ma0stab bei der Angara 3 bis 7. Zum anderen kann man selbst ohne Ma&szlig;nahmen mit kleinen produktionsbedingten Abweichungen leben, dann l&ouml;st eben das Ausgehen des Treibstoffs in einer Stufe den Brennschluss aller aus. Da aber die RD-191 im Schub senkbar sind, kann man die Stufen auch so steuern das alle gleichzeitig Brennschluss haben. Problematisch wird es nur, wenn man eine Stufe vorzeitig abschalten muss. Doch auch damit kann man leben, indem man die volle Nutzlast nicht voll ausn&uuml;tzt und Reserven f&uuml;r den Fall l&auml;sst.<\/p>\n<p>Das Problem eines Ausfalls entsch&auml;rft sich, wenn man mit der Nutzlast nicht auskommt. Dann gibt es die M&ouml;glichkeit zwei Starts einzusetzen. Eine voll betankte letzte Stufe kann bei einer zweistufigen Kombination gerade in einen 200 km Erdorbit gebracht werden. Der Mondlander wird dann separat gestartet und dockt an. In diesem Falle l&auml;ge die Nutzlast bei 70 t. Der zweite Start k&ouml;nnte problemlos einen Ausfall auffangen, der erste, auch wenn die letzte Stufe gez&uuml;ndet wird, um den Verlust aufzufangen. Limitiert ist hier die Nutzlast durch die Treibstoffvorr&auml;te der Stufe im Parkorbit. Setzt man eine eigene Stufe zum Einschwenken in den Mondorbit ein, wie dies bei dem Mondprogramm der UdSSR in den Sechzigern der Fall war, dann kann diese auch schon im Erdorbit die Geschwindigkeit erh&ouml;hen. In diesem Falle w&uuml;rde die Nutzlast f&uuml;r eine Mondtransferbahn auf rund 90 t ansteigen.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor noch jemand das erw&auml;hnt &#8211; nat&uuml;rlich w&auml;re es viel einfacher mit Zenit-Erststufen. Der Haken ist dabei aber das zwar deren Triebwerk RD-171 von Energomasch aus Russland stammt, die Stufe selbst von KB Juschnoje aus der Ukraine. Solange diese nicht annektiert ist, was derzeit ja bef&uuml;rchtet wird, scheidet das f&uuml;r Russland aus.<\/p>\n<p>So gesehen w&auml;re es umsetzbar. Angesichts der wenigen Starts der Angara in den letzten Jahren, ja &uuml;berhaupt wenigen Starts schwerere Raketen in den letzten Jahren \u2013 auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernd-leitenberger.de\/\/proton.shtml\">Proton<\/a> startet kaum noch, der letzte Start war 2019. Sie l&auml;uft zwar aus, doch korreliert dies nicht mit einem Ansteigen der Angara-Starts, von denen es nur zwei orbitale bisher gab. Wie es um Russlands Raumfahrt steht, zeigt auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/spacenews.com\/roscosmos-selects-first-cosmonaut-for-commercial-crew-flights\/\">Mitteilung<\/a> das Anna Kikina, die einzige Frau im Kosmonautencorps nun im Herbst 2022 zum ersten Mal ins All fliegen wird.
